Enterprise 2.0 Masterclass is coming to Munich on October 20th, 2009

This October I’ll be in Europe to deliver a keynote at a German Web 2.0 conference. While we’re there, we’ve teamed up with a local partner to bring Web 2.0 University’s popular Enterprise 2.0 Masterclass to Munich (for the very first time) on October 20th, 2009.

As many of you know, corporate social computing, using social networks, blogs, wikis, microblogging tools like Twitter and so on, is often referred to as Enterprise 2.0. Over the last two years it has been steadily transforming the business landscape as more and more European companies adopt the tools and workers use the in their personal lives.

However, many business executives and line staff across Europe are just now focusing on what Enterprise 2.0 means and how to use it to strategically improve productivity, efficiency, drive innovation, and cut costs. What is needed – and which is the reason we created Web 2.0 University – is a comprehensive, highly authoritative, and efficient way of clearly understanding the strategic competitive advantage of Enterprise 2.0 concepts.

The Masterclass this October will be filled with practical techniques, an overview of the tools, actionable advice, design patterns, and strategies that will lower risk and maximize the success of your corporate social computing effort.

Like most of our major workshops, I’ll be hosting it personally. I do hope to see you there!
